What would change
The Act reenacts the $7.50 annual inspection-program replacement fee for covered registrations and repeals Transportation Code Section 548.054, which had allowed certain travel-trailer owners to satisfy inspection requirements through an affidavit that the trailer had been inspected and was safe.
